Let's all remember cyclist Mechelle Armstrong

While preparing to compete in the first of four cycling races 

during the 2010 Lubbock Senior Games, Mechelle was struck

from behind by a pick-up and was fatally injured.

Helmet worn anytime on the bike

Yellow line rule strictly enforced

"Ghost riders" for any no shows at time trials

All roads are open to motor vehicle traffic

Intersections will be controlled

No drafting during time trials
